Dr Ara Cho is a Research Fellow at the School of Public Health at The University of Queensland. Dr Cho’s research has focused on the impact of tobacco tax increases on smoking and tobacco purchasing behaviours. Her current research focuses on the unintended consequences of the tobacco tax increase, including illicit tobacco use and financial hardship among individuals who smoke.
