Researcher biography

Dr Bibha Dhungel is a Research Fellow at the School of Psychological Sciences, The University of Melbourne. Graduating with a Doctoral Degree in Public Health from St. Luke’s International University, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Statistics at Waseda University in Japan. Dr Dhungel is affiliated with the National Centre for Child Health and Development as a Joint Researcher. She graduated from the Global Tobacco Control program at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and is contributing to the field of public health as a Review Editor for the Frontiers in Public Health Journal. Trained in epidemiology and biostatistics, Dr Dhungel’s research interests lie in the newer forms of tobacco products, such as e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
