Frankie Berardi

Frankie Berardi is a PhD candidate at the Centre of Research Excellence on Achieving the Tobacco Endgame. His research focuses on civil and criminal litigation strategies and policy frameworks of Australia’s tobacco industry. Frankie holds Juris Doctor of Law and Master of Public Health degrees and is an admitted lawyer in Queensland. He previously clerked in a criminal law office and worked for the Queensland Supreme Court.
