Researcher biography

Samantha is a PhD student at the University of Melbourne, and has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from UoM. Her research is on modelling the health and economic impacts of tobacco endgame interventions in Australia, focusing on improving the accuracy and impact of modelling by considering factors such as differences in outcomes by SES, and the impact of illicit trade and vaping on the effectiveness of modelled policies. This work aims to influence tobacco control policies in Australia.
