Professor Geoffrey Fong is a University Professor of Psychology and Public Health Sciences at the University of Waterloo and a Senior Investigator at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research in Canada. He is the Founder and Chief Principal Investigator of the International Tobacco Control Policy Evaluation Project (the ITC Project).
