Dr Ellen Cosgrave is a Specialist Registrar in Public Health Medicine, currently completing Higher Specialist Training in Public Health Medicine with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. Dr Paul Kavanagh is a Specialist in Public Health Medicine and Clinical Lead of the Health Service Executive (HSE) Tobacco Free Ireland Programme. Since 2021 they have been working in conjunction with the HSE Tobacco Free Ireland Programme team to produce a report on public opinion of “Tobacco Endgame” in Ireland.
